Dr. Pitam Singh is a distinguished Chemical Engineer and Social Scientist with over four decades of experience across different Industrial sectors, public policy, and social development. He has served as Joint Adviser and Director at NITI Aayog (formerly Planning Commission, Government of India) and currently holds the position of Senior Adviser to MKS Electrical and Interiors Private Limited.
He has worked with leading organizations such as National Fertilizers Limited and Cochin Refinery Limited, and has contributed extensively to policy planning in sectors including infrastructure, agriculture, education, and social development.
Dr. Singh holds an M.Sc. in Development Studies from the University of Bath (UK) and a PhD in Social Science. He has done his MBA in Public Policy jointly from MDI Gurgaon and George Mason university Washington, USA. He is also an accomplished author and researcher with multiple publications in reputed national and international journals.
